It's sometimes too far in-between when we can truly pause & reflect & be captivated by life's moments. We are at times blocked from the messages that are trying to get through to us daily. We owe it to ourselves to gift more of these moments of clarity, ease & beauty.

Join author & Intuitive Guidance Coach Andrea R. Freeman & Writer & Poet Sean Harrison, once a month as they guide you through various Meditations using the literary arts of poetry. Each gathering, you'll be invited to pause & reflect on life's messages through poems the hosts have written, or have been inspired by. There will be time to write & share your thoughts on what has been received through this guidance. Special guests will also be sharing their meditations, music & poetry.

This event starts March 20th (first day of Spring), 6:30pm-8pm and will reoccur the third Thursday of every month, unless noted. Energetic Exchange $5.00. Please bring a journal & pen.

Creatively journaling through the metaphysical arts, enables you to receive your most intuitive & profound messages, while inspiring your writing muscles. These workshops are open to any level writer...whether you're a writer by hobby, a professional writer, looking to enhance your journaling practice, a creative/artist of any kind, or anyone who simply wants to explore newfound ways of expressing themselves through writing, these classes will nurture, trust & build stronger foundations for your intuition, all within a safe space. 

These workshops are on April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 from 6pm-7:30pm.

Each class is $25.00 & will include PDF's & fun homework. Also, $100 total cost, cash only, if you can attend all five classes. No pressure to attend all five. There is no requirement to attend these classes in any order.

The Journaling Classes:

April 1st: What are your Clear Channels of Intuition? Which Clair are you? This workshop will dive into exploring which of the "4 Clairs" of communication/intuition you are most connected to that helps you in your day-to-day life & also when receiving intuitive messages. Do you connect more visually, auditory, with feeling, or knowing? Take the fun quiz to find out!

April 8th: What Do You Need to Embrace or Surrender More? This workshop will have everyone receive a card reading in discovering what your blocks are, or what to continue further in doing that works for you, with an accompanying journal prompt to discover how to go forward with what messages you receive.

April 15th: What is Your Calling? This workshop will help you refine your choices in knowing what life purpose is calling to you. Going beyond just a job you can have, rather what other interests define you that are helpful to what you do with your day. Do you like doing research? Are you an artist? Are you focussed more on community? Whichever Calling Card you intuitively pick, will start to light the way along your calling's path.

April 22nd: What is your Soul/Higher Self Prompting Within You? Connect with your Spirit Guide in discovering what Soul Question your guide is prompting you to pay attention to and answer.

April 29th: Gratitude Journaling with your Guides You don't need a special holiday, or time of day to pause & be grateful. This workshop will gift you the time & find new, creative ways to connect with what's around you to be grateful for.
